personalised job match services.

workforce for 12 months+ and for unemployed jobseekers 12 months+

intervention program providing assistance to young pregnant women
or mums and their babies/children to develop sound parenting
practices and nurturing home environments. |

Get Set for
Work |
Providing an
alternative activity for young people 15-17 disengaged from
learning and not connected into employment/training. An
intervention program focused on linking with work or further
education. |

Community Visitors
Scheme |
Volunteer
scheme to provide friends for isolated residents of nursing
homes. |

Australian
Apprenticeship Access Programme |
Providing
accredited training, job search assistance and personal support
focused on linking graduates into traineeships and
apprenticeships. |

This free
service is aimed at Parents of Children with a Disability and
Parents with a Disability and their Support Networks.

Providing
Opportunities through Day Services (PODS) |
The
PODS program is for young adults with a disability aged 18-24.
The focus is on moving them closer to employment and/or training
through providing daytime support. |

Personal Helpers
and Mentors Program (PHaMs) |
The Personal
Helpers and Mentors Program is a new program that supports people
whose lives are severely affected by a severe mental
illness. |

Mental Health
Carers Support Service (MHCSS) |
This program
is designed to support family members, friends and carers who
assist and care for people with a mental illness. |
